Join us at The Coop for a seasonal dinner with Robert Morrison. We’re leaning into a relaxed, slower-paced evening with a multi-course menu built around fresh spring ingredients and thoughtful pairings.
The experience is $150 per person, with an optional $50 wine pairing, or wines available by the glass throughout the night.
Menu highlights include burrata with fava bean crostini, avocado vichyssoise, Moroccan spiced duck confit, braised beef cheek, and a vanilla panna cotta to finish—each course paired with Hoopes wines from rosé through Cabernet.
